Terms of Service
Effective date: April 30, 2026
These Terms govern your use of keik (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
These Terms become effective when you register or use the Service. We may update these Terms; updated versions will be announced within the Service.
2. Account
- You must be at least 13 years old (14 in Korea) to use the Service.
- We use Google OAuth for authentication.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under it.
3. Use of Service
- You must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
- We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service without prior notice.
4. User Content
- You retain ownership of content (photos, videos, text, etc.) you upload.
- By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
- You must only upload content you have the legal right to share.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Infringe others' rights (copyright, privacy, publicity, etc.)
- Post obscene, violent, or discriminatory content
- Engage in spam, fraud, phishing, or other abusive behavior
- Interfere with the Service (hacking, scraping, automation, etc.)
- Violate applicable laws
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban without prior notice.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
- We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of user-generated content.
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, keik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Disputes shall be resolved in the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
